Hi Luke,
all the best for the new year 2010 from your german fans. I'm just listening to your last studio album "Ever changing times". That's a wonderful piece of music. A very good mix of everything that defines you and your life. Great lyrics and creative song arrangements. Soft and hard at the same time - not schizophrenic but close to it (haha ;-)).
So what are you're projects and priorities for 2010? More studio work or do you plan to be hit the road around the world. Do you plan to travel Europe for some gigs? I tell you - you have to!!! That would be awesome. Otherwise you get "a stab in the back"!! We are waiting. Just give a sign to the fan world out there. Till then.....

Yesterday I bought in an official german shop: ToTo live in Pacifico, Yokohama 1999, its over 10 years ago you played there and I love this one. 1999 was my first time live with you guys and since then, I can´t keep my fingers away from ToTo. Think I´m not the only one ;o)
Keep on rockin` and live your dreams, Ralf.

I guess it's stupid to wish for a song but if you could someday play "Only the children", I (and I know many others) would appreciate it SOOO much. I never got the chance to hear it live with Toto and your solo at the end of the studio version gives me goosebumps every time, which brings me to my question: who on earth made the decision to fade out that song? I mean, I wouldn't mind if you had soloed for a few more hours or so at the end. :D

Did Michael imply a chord structure when he sang beat it?
I know he writes by singing melodies, did he hum the chords to you?
Was there any chord structure before you wrote your Guitar riffs around it?
Sweden?
